How can we help?
Most answers are a click away below. When you need a person, email us: every message is read by someone who knows how the analysis works.
Email us
We read every message and reply as soon as we can.
So we can help quickly, include:
- the email address of your account, if you have one
- the flight number and date, or the name of the CSV file
- what you expected to see, and what you saw instead
- a screenshot, if something on screen looks wrong
Never send your password or card details. We will never ask for them.
Quick answers
Analysing a flight
Lookups and allowances
Looking a flight up needs a free account. Each plan includes a number of flight lookups a month, renewed on the date your plan started. Opening a flight you already looked up uses none, and a lookup that fails isn’t counted.
Your account
Plans and billing
Change plan, update your card, download invoices or cancel from Account → Plan → Manage billing. A cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Payments are processed by Link, our payment partner. Your receipts come from Link, and your bank statement shows LINK.COM followed by our name.
Privacy and your data
A CSV file you upload is read in your browser and stays there unless you save it to your account. To get a copy of the information held about you, email us from the address on your account.
Something looks wrong in an analysis?
Every figure is labelled observed, seen directly in the recorded track, or analysed, worked out by flightanalyser. Analysed figures are estimates and can be off when a track has gaps or an unusual pattern.
Check the Assumptions & data tab first: it shows what the track contained and the thresholds the analysis used. If something still looks wrong, email us the flight and what you expected. It helps us improve the analysis for everyone.
flightanalyser is for information only. It isn’t for flight planning or operational use, and its results aren’t official records.
